The pop singer owns at least seven dogs, and likes to share photos of them on social media.The former Disney star-turned-controversial-pop-singer isn’t shy about anything — including her obsession with her many, many dogs.
Just a quick scroll through her Instagram will reveal a house packed full of dogs, cats and other animals.
The animal lover and her fiancé Liam Hemsworth currently are the proud owners of at least seven dogs — Emu, Mary Jane, Tawny, Dora, Little Dog, Bean and Happy — and often post snapshots cuddling them in bed, showing off their costumes and even showering with them.
Ellen DeGeneres
Ellen DeGeneres has three rescue dogs — Auggie, Wolf and Kid — and recently launched a new pet line at PetSmart.The funny daytime host is a huge advocate of rescuing dogs (and animals in general) and often brings up her love of man’s best friend in interviews and on her show.
DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi have three rescue dogs themselves — Auggie, Wolf and Kid — not that she isn’t open to more. DeGeneres once told Modern Dog Magazine, “If I could, I would have 15 cats and 20 dogs.”
In fact, she loves dogs so much she recently launched a new pet line at PetSmart and is a partial investor in premium dog food line, Halo.

When introducing him for the award, actress Holly Robinson Peete joked that Somerhalder was “behind more adoptions than Angelina Jolie.”
In 2010 he launched the Ian Somerhalder Foundation which “works to empower, educate and collaborate with people and projects to positively impact the planet and its creatures.”
Chrissy Teigen
On March 7, Teigen posted this photo to memorialize the death of Puddy, one of her beloved three dogs.She’s an obsessed dog parent and proud of it. One only needs to follow Chrissy Teigen on Instagram to know she has a deep and abiding love for her dogs — Puddy, a bulldog, Pippa the Frenchie, Penny, a three-legged Frenchie and Pepper, a bulldog pup.
The canines are often photographed being loved on by Teigen and her husband John Legend (sometimes even joining in on their date nights.)
Sadly, Puddy passed away in March 2018. She wrote in a moving farewell post to Puddy, “It’s true what they say. We are their entire lives and it is the greatest shame they can only bless us with a short spark of time in ours.”

She tells Dogster, “They enrich our home with their unconditional love and loyalty. They bring laughter and fun with their individuality and special personalities. They help teach my children about caring for others, and help me to always remember the important things in life and that all life is a gift that we need to value.”
