“Speed” and “Gravity” star Sandra Bullock is looking to part ways with her fully-furnished Caribbean plantation-style home after 18 years of ownership (and thousands upon thousands of dollars in rental income) for $6.1 million. Located about 20 minutes away from Savannah on Tybee Island in Georgia, Bullock’s three-acre estate has an incredible backyard, a gorgeous pool, a huge guest house and more porches than you can shake a mint julep on. The property is a rather new (for the South) 1993 build, Records indicate Bullock bought the property in 2001 for $1.495 million. It has two grand houses: the 3,360-square-foot main house and a 2,848-square-foot guest house, bringing the estate’s total square footage to 6,208 square feet. There are seven bedrooms and five full bathrooms between the two houses.

It’s easy to own so many properties when you’re one of the highest-paid actresses of all time. In 2014, Bullock took in an estimated $70 million for “Gravity,” where she was paid $20 million against 15 percent of the film’s first-dollar grosses. That movie made $723 million worldwide.
